Raymond van Es

Trained in aerospace technology at the University of Technology in Delft, Raymond worked for five years in the aerospace industry and two years in the rubber industry. After graduating with his MBA at IMD in Lausanne (Switzerland), he started working at AEGON, a global insurance company, where he held several senior management positions in marketing, sales, and innovation. He also held several board member positions in start-up companies. In 2014, he cofounded two award-winning companies in car insurance and telematics. In 2016, he cofounded a data science consultancy company. In 2020, he moved with his team to Milliman where he supports clients in becoming more data driven and to generate business value by applying machine learning techniques.
