She specializes in Medicare Advantage bid development, helping insurers evaluate emerging experience, develop projections, and support pricing and strategic decisions. Her broader analytical experience includes benchmarking, financial budgeting and forecasting, and data mining, which she uses to help clients assess performance and identify actionable insights.

Kelsey also has experience with provider reimbursement arrangements, including reimbursement contract analysis and negotiations with providers. She works with providers contracted under Medicaid-directed payment structures, helping them assess financial impacts, interpret payment methodologies, and support contract and program-related decision-making.
