Daisuke Seki joined Milliman in November 2023. Since then, Daisuke has been actively advising clients on the following:
- M&As (multiple cross border M&As, cross border reinsurance transactions, including block deals and flow deals)
- EV and MCEV reviews
- ALM strategy reviews
- ESR and ICS advisories
- Assumption reviews, including economic and non-economic assumptions
Experience
Daisuke has extensive experience in insurance M&A, including life insurance, P&C, bancassurance, intermediaries, and joint venture deals.
Prior to joining Milliman, Daisuke spent 17 years with a global insurer. As a head of a global M&A transaction, he led the valuation of M&A and related activities for more than 30 M&As in five continents, including contractual negotiation and valuation of life business, non-life business, asset management business, reinsurance business, broker business, Lloyd’s business, and long-term distribution contracts, including bancassurance.
