Nikki Haddock is a senior actuarial manager with the Chicago office of Milliman. She joined the firm in 2016.
Experience
Nikki’s areas of expertise include prescription drug analytics, Medicare Part D analytics, and pharmacy management services. She is a seat holder with the Chronic Conditions Warehouse, a national research database that houses 100% Research Identifiable Files for Medicare and Medicaid data. Using this resource, she has worked on developing profitability analyses for drug manufacturers and research related to the Inflation Reduction Act. Additionally, Nikki assists major health insurance companies and employers in managing their pharmacy benefits, including PBM audits, evaluations, and strategy.
